A bunch of 28 international mercenaries, together with retired Colombian troopers, assassinated Haiti’s President Jovenel Moïse earlier this week, police say.
Most had been detained after a gun battle at a home within the capital Port-au-Prince the place they had been holed up.
Bloodied and bruised, suspects had been paraded in entrance of media on Thursday, together with a slew of seized weapons.
Eight extra suspects are nonetheless on the run and three others had been shot useless by law enforcement officials.
Police say they’re nonetheless trying to find the masterminds behind the assault.
